Our Punta Gorda facility gives Port Charlotte residents a place for all of it: drive-up units from 5x5 to 10x30, and uncovered parking spaces up to 35 feet for boats, campers, and trailers. It is usually about 20 minutes from central Port Charlotte, depending on traffic.

Yes. A car can go inside an enclosed 10x20 or 10x30 unit if it fits fully inside with the door closed. We also have outdoor vehicle parking.
No. All RV, boat, trailer, and vehicle parking at our Punta Gorda facility is uncovered outdoor parking. The property is well lit at night and watched by cameras.
No. Our units are drive-up and not climate controlled, which usually costs less. For items sensitive to Florida heat and humidity, use plastic bins, keep things off the floor, and add a moisture absorber.
Access is daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A 24/7 access upgrade is available if you need to get in early or late. Call or text (941) 281-4141 Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Yes. Airport parking for Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) travelers is $7 a day, and we are about 3.6 miles from the terminal. We also have standard monthly parking. Call (941) 281-4141 to book and we waive the admin fee.
