Yes, many students split a unit. One person rents the unit and is responsible for the account, so agree on payments before you move in.
No. Our Holly Rd facility does not offer outdoor RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle parking. You can store a car, motorcycle, or gear inside an enclosed drive-up unit.
No. Every unit is drive-up and not climate controlled, which usually costs less. Use plastic bins, keep items off the floor, and add a moisture absorber for anything sensitive to heat or humidity.
No. There is no office on site. You rent and pay online, and our team answers calls and texts at (361) 316-6700 Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Price depends on the size you rent. Live rates for every open unit are online before you rent. We offer 50% off the first two months on select units and no security deposit. A tenant protection plan is required unless you show proof of your own insurance.
